What the workshop is:
A closed-door, half-day executive session in London (09:30–14:00) for global bankings senior technology and security decision-makers — pairing technology leadership with their security and risk counterparts in the same room. A senior executive, peer-level working session where both sides of the "build fast vs. control risk" conversation are represented, working the same agenda together.
Why both audiences need to be there together:
Every AI and platform-modernisation decision global banks make in the next 18 months - agentic AI adoption, legacy platform integration, cloud expansion, digital-channel growth — carries a security and regulatory dimension that usually gets negotiated after the fact, in a separate room, later. This workshop puts technology delivery and security/risk ownership at the same table from the start, so the trade-offs get named live instead of stalling delivery downstream.
